WHEREAS, the Recreation Department needs a new field drag and blower, and
WHEREAS, the Recreation Department has funds in the Capital Purchase Account 1-622-7010 for a new SUV and pool lane ropes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the reallocation of $32,000 from the "SUV" and "pool lane ropes" to "Infield Drag" and "Pull-Type Blower", under account 1-622-7010 and approves purchase of the same through the National IPA Discount, NIPA16146 through Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation, provided possession can be taken prior to October 1, 2015.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
