A Resolution to Amend RES #19-1312 for Street Department - Construction

Summary

The capital purchase of a 2021 Peterbilt 567 Tri-Axle Dump Truck was approved for purchase under RES #19-1312; however it is coming in a little higher than initially thought when approved.  The new quote is in the total amount of $169,645.70 from Rush Truck Centers for both the Chassis and the Body through BuyBoard Contract# 521-16.  It is still below the estimate in the capital plan for the FY20 budget under account# 100-3011-5100, in the amount of $210,000.00 as a Large Dump Truck Tri-Axle.  The Street Department - Construction is requesting an amendment to RES # 19-1312 to purchase the Dump Truck at the new price.
