WHEREAS, the South Baldwin Literacy Council is adding a 2-story, 2,160 sq.ft. facility to their campus at 21441 US Hwy 98, and
WHEREAS, the South Baldwin Literacy Council requests the City waive the building and zoning fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the Community Development Department fees for the South Baldwin Literacy Council new building at the campus located at 21441 US Hwy 98.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
