WHEREAS, the Senior Center is requesting to go to bid and move forward with the purchase of a shuttle bus, and
WHEREAS, this capital purchase is included in the current year budget for $100,000 under account 100-5070-5100.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Senior Center to move forward with the purchase of a new shuttle bus not to exceed the FY24 budget of $100,000.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
