WHEREAS, the Council requested the Engineering Department to get a cost for installing street lighting along South Pine Street between Pride Drive and CR 20, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department received a cost of $11,023.66 from Baldwin EMC to install thirteen (13) street lights.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves installing thirteen (13) street lights along South Pine Street in the amount of $11,023.66 to Baldwin EMC, amending Account No. 01-620-8090, Public Street Lighting.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
