WHEREAS, The Glenlakes Phase3 HOA has requested the City of Foley to assume the monthly electricity costs for the street lights located within Glenlakes Phase 3.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves assuming responsibility for the street light costs from Glenlakes Phase 3 in the amount of $474.00 monthly (estimated $2000 for the remaining of the 2026 fiscal year) under Account No# 100-1012-6123.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
