WHEREAS, City Council approved the Request for Public Assistance with the Hurricane Sally declared disaster FEMA-4563-DR-AL on RES 20-1298, and
WHEREAS, the City has received a funding agreement from the State of Alabama to fund 12.5% of the disaster expenses, and
WHEREAS, the City requests permission from Council to accept the funding agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Council accepts the State of Alabama funding agreement for Hurricane Sally FEMA-4563-DR-AL.
SECTION 2: Council authorizes Mayor, Clerk, and other City officials to sign funding agreement as required.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
