WHEREAS, during the City Council Meeting of September 21, 2020, the City of Foley City Administrator recognized certain public property areas where Hurricane Sally relief efforts are being staged.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves parking and staging for Hurricane Sally relief at various public property locations.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
