WHEREAS, Engineering received a quote from Amerson Roofing Inc to stabilize the Hamburg Building roof.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Amerson Roofing Inc for the Hamburg Building roof repair project and appropriates up to $55,046.70 under Account No. 400-3020-5129.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
