WHEREAS, bids were solicited and received on Friday, April 24, at 3:30 p.m. for an airport project for drainage improvements and,
WHEREAS, RH Deas Building Co., LLC submitted the lowest, responsible bid in the amount of $249,971.00,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the lowest, responsible bid submitted by RH Deas Building Co., LLC.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $250,000 plus a 10% contingency in the amount of $25,000 for a total of $275,000 to account 400-1070-5111.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
