WHEREAS, Foley Police Department is requesting to purchase (1) 2024 Ford Maverick for the building custodian. The vehicle is budgeted under the PD capital purchase expense account # 100-2010-5100 and are not to exceed $450,000. After receiving three quotes, the vehicle will be purchased from Chuck Stevens Automotive, Inc. in Bay Minette for the purchase price of $26,355.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of (1) 2024 Ford Maverick from Chuck Stevens Automotive, Inc. for $26,355.00 using budgeted funds from the Capital Purchase account 100-2010-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
