WHEREAS, The Municipal Complex requests permission to deem Stage Curtains purchased in 2007 as surplus, declare they are no longer needed for a public purpose and to be disposed in the best method available.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the request to declare this asset as surplus stage curtains (Asset ID #6652) and no longer needed for a public purpose.
SECTION 2: Approves the disposal of the surplus assets by best method available.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
