WHEREAS, The City of Foley received a professional services proposal from Sawgrass Consulting for PCI (Pavement Condition Index) Roadway Assessment, Reporting, and Mapping;
WHEREAS, the City of Foley roadway network includes 210+ centerline miles, which includes Approximately 9+ miles of alleyways, maintained by the City; and
WHEREAS, Sawgrass Consulting's proposal provides roadway evaluations, data collection dissemination, GIS coordination, roadway evaluation reports, and GIS mapping
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve Sawgrass Consulting's professional services proposal for PCI (Pavement Condition Index) Roadway Assessment, Reporting, and Mapping and appropriate $150,000 to Account No #400-3020-6197
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
