WHEREAS, the Dog Park plans did not show planters with irrigation in the parking area, and
WHEREAS, there is a need for irrigation to be installed in this area for the planters, and
WHEREAS, Kent's Landscaping performed the work and no additional funding is required.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves memorializing Kent's Landscaping work in the amount of $950.00 for Account No. 12-665-7333 R12 DOG PK.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
