WHEREAS, the City of Foley's current employee health clinic agreement will terminate on September 30, 2026, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue offering employee health clinic services in a cost-effective manner, and
WHEREAS, Baldwin Health (Foley Clinic Corp) has provided a proposal to offer employee health clinic services to City of Foley benefit eligible Employees and their dependents through their current network locations, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with Baldwin Health (Foley Medical Corp) beginning October 1, 2026.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves entering into an agreement with Baldwin Health (Foley Clinic Corp) for employee health clinic services beginning October 1, 2026.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
