WHEREAS, the Marketing Department requests permission to apply to the Alabama Humanities Alliance America in 250 Mini Grant, and
WHEREAS, the applications are accepted on a monthly rolling basis. The maximum grant to be awarded is $2,500, and
WHEREAS, this grant will be used within the City's America 250 events.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Council approves the application to the Alabama Humanities Alliance America in 250 Mini Grant to support the City of Foley's America 250 events.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
