WHEREAS, the City of Foley's Public Library requested permission to accept the FY21 LSTA grant and purchase the scanners on RES 20-1349, and
WHEREAS, the resolution failed to note that the items being purchased through the grant were two capital purchases, and
WHEREAS, the Library requests Council memorialize the capital purchase of two large format scanners.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the capital purchase of two large format scanners for $20,561.32 through the FY21 LSTA grant.
SECTION 2: Approves the transfer of 20,561.32 of budget funds from 2010-5021-6190/LSTA Grant Expense to 201-5021-5100/Capital Purchases.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
