WHEREAS, certain pay items were omitted from the TIGER Phase II contract documents, and
WHEREAS, ALDOT concurs these items of work are needed in the interest of public safety, and
WHEREAS, there is a projected cost underrun for the TIGER Phase II project that will cover the cost of these additional items of work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the attached additional pay items for the TIGER Phase II project with no requested increase in funding and no request for additional days.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
