WHEREAS, the Alabama League of Municipalities' Annual Convention will be held in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, May 11-14, 2022, and
WHEREAS, the Annual Business Session will be held on May 12, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., and
WHEREAS, Councilmembers Vera Quaites, Rick Blackwell and Richard Dayton will be attending the annual Convention for this year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appoints Councilmember Dayton as the Voting Delegate and appoints Councilmember Blackwell as the 1st Alternate Voting Delegate to represent the City of Foley at the Annual Business Session on May 12, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
