WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism has a need for a more powerful tractor, and
WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism requests to a new tractor for $38,674.40,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a Kubota Tractor for $38,674.40, budgeted under account 100-5030-5100, from Baldwin Tractor under the Sourcewell Contract 062117.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
