WHEREAS, Proposals were requested for Professional Services for the new Public Works Campus, and
WHEREAS, We received a proposal from GeoCon Engineering & Materials Testing, Inc. for Geotechnical Services in the amount of $16,250.00, and
WHEREAS, We received a proposal from EDT-THA Architecture, LLC for Topographic, Utilities and Drainage Surveys and Architectural Concept Plans in the amount of $24,500.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the proposal from GeoCon Engineering & Materials Testing, Inc. for Geotechnical Services and appropriates $16,250.00 under Account No. 400-1060-5100 R66 Prof contingent upon the closing on the property.
SECTION 2: Accepts the proposal from EDT-THA Architecture, LLC for Topographic, Utilities and Drainage Surveys and Architectural Concept Plans and appropriates $24,500 under Account No. 400-1060-5100 R66 Prof. contingent upon the closing on the property.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
