WHEREAS, The Public Works Superintendent desires to convert one Mechanic position slot to a Mechanic Aid position in the Maintenance Shop Department. No budget adjustment is necessary for this action.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the Pay Classification Plan to convert one Mechanic position slot (G-13, Job Code 1841, FLSA Non-Exempt) to a Mechanic Aid position (G-5, Job Code 1842, FLSA Non-Exempt) in the Maintenance Shop Department.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
