WHEREAS, Parks & Recreation is planning to have new fencing installed on the small softball field at Aaronville Park, and
WHEREAS, Parks & Recreation needs to have the existing 4' fencing deemed surplus so site preparations can begin for the new fencing.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the 4' fencing at Aaronville Park, asset #2785, as surplus and approves the demolition and disposal of the fencing.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
