WHEREAS, the Foley Police Department is requesting to use budgeted Capital funds from Account #100-2010-5100 to Purchase a Concession Kiosk, not to exceed the budgeted amount of $15,000.00 Three quotes were received.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a FY25 Budgeted Capital Purchase from Account # 100-2010-5100 for the purchase of a Concession Kiosk, not to exceed the budgeted amount of $15,000.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
