WHEREAS, the Baldwin County Home Builders Association requests permission to place directional signs for their Parade of Homes on September 29-30, 2018 and October 6-7, 2018,
and WHEREAS, the signs will be picked up immediately after the Parad's conclusion.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Baldwin County Home Builders Association to place directional signs for their Parade of Homes scheduled for September 29 and 30, 2018 and October 6 and 7, 2018.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
