WHEREAS, HOTH Investments, LLC wishes to purchase a single family lot further described as 0 Azalea Avenue Lot 4 Block 8 Beulah Heights in Foley, Alabama (Tax Map Parcel ID# 05-54-08-33-1-000-008.000 PPIN# 18686) for the appraisal value of $14,000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FOLEY, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is hereby found, established and declared that certain real property generally described below is not presently needed for public or municipal purposes, to-wit:
0 Azalea Avenue
Lot 4 Block 8 Beulah Heights in Foley, Alabama (Tax Map Parcel ID# 05-54-08-33-1-000-008.000 PPIN# 18686)
Section 2. It is further hereby found, established and declared that it is in the best interest of the public and the City of Foley, Alabama to sale said real property.
Section 3. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and attest an Agreement approved by the Mayor and legal counsel and to take any and all other actions they deem necessary or prudent to effectuate the sale of said property.
Section 4. That all prior actions taken by the Mayor, City Clerk, City employees and agents and the City’s legal counsel in connection with the negotiation, execution, and delivery of this Ordinance are hereby ratifies, approved and affirmed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its publication as required by law.
