WHEREAS, the Foley City Council adopted Resolution 13-0225-RES committing to build or cause to be built certain road right of way improvements generally described as extending Pride Drive eastward from Highway 59 to County Road 20 to include the widening of Juniper Street at Pride Drive intersection, and
WHEREAS, BC Foley, LLC, an Alabama Limited Liability Company, signed a Fee Simple Warranty Deed on September 18, 2015, and
WHEREAS, BC Foley, LLC has donated a right of way for Beck Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves and accepts the donation of the right of way as attached and accepts the same as right of way and easements for the Beck Road vacation.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
