NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes a three and a half (3.5%) percent cost of living adjustment raise for all permanent full-time and permanent part-time employees effective with the January 7, 2022 pay date.
SECTION 2: Authorizes a budget increase for approximately $503,125 (including benefits). The Human Resources Division will provide the Financial Services Division the amounts to amend the departmental personnel accounts.
SECTION 3: This action will amend the Pay Classification Plan pay grade ranges accordingly.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
