WHEREAS, the city desires to commemorate Barin Field by displaying a historic plane, and,
WHEREAS, The Navy has a T-28B they are willing to loan the city, and
WHEREAS, The Navy requires an inspection to see if it is feasible to move this plane, and
WHEREAS the cost of the inspection is $5,300,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a budget increase in the amount of $5,300 and appropriates funds to account 100-5060-6020
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
