Summary
There were several capital purchases that were approved by council in fiscal year 2022 and that were ordered but were not received prior to year end. Finance is submitting one agenda item to request that council allow each department to receive the items when they are available and to amend the departments according the attached document. Total effect is $498,368 to the General Fund, $141,008 to the Jail Corrections Fund & $43,000 to the Sanitation Fund.

WHEREAS, The items on the attached list are capital purchases that were approved by council in fiscal year 2022 but not received, and
WHEREAS, These items are on order and will arrive in fiscal year 2023.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the purchase of the capital items listed on the attached document and amends each budget accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
