WHEREAS, the Fire Department's Station 1, located at 120 West Verbena Avenue, concrete pad is in need of replacement due to wear from the elements and vehicles, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department requests to go to bid for the concrete work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Fire Department to go to bid for Station 1 concrete pad replacement and appropriates funds in the amount of $175,000.00 for account No. 400-2020-5106 Concrete Pad Replacement Station 1.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
