WHEREAS, Foley Main Street desires to brand the Main Street footprint with noticeable signs, and
WHEREAS, the signs have been designed and approved by the Historic Commission and also the Beautification Committee, and
WHEREAS the cost for these signs at $4,833 is within the budget approved by the council for Foley Main Street branding.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the attached design for new street signs within the Foley Main Street footprint and grants permission to order them.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
