WHEREAS, the Friends of the Foley Library have donated $4,400.00 to the Foley Public Library, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley Library desires to purchase a gaming computer and STEAM Ozobots for programming.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the donation of $4,400.00 from the Friends of the Foley Library and amends revenue account #100-5020-4651 accordingly.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of the donation to purchase a gaming computer and STEAM Ozobots for programming and amends Small Tools Account #100-5020-6053 in the amount of $4,400.00.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
