WHEREAS, Street Department appropriated funds by RES 25-1045 for the Pilgrim Road Extension, and
WHEREAS, Street Department is asking to appropriate an additional $215,000 under account # 400-3010-5100 CR-9 to cover the remaining sidewalks, curbing, and lighting.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves and appropriates $215,000.00 to Account No #400-3010-5100 CR-9
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
