WHEREAS, Ebert Agency and Fran's on 59 have donated two large boulders to be placed on the large dog section of the Foley Park, and
WHEREAS, the boulders will be placed by City forces.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the two large boulders that are valued at $469.84 and is to be placed on the large dog section of the Foley Dog Park.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
