WHEREAS, the Public Works Department received a proposal in the amount of $2,500.00 from Volkert, Inc. for Wetland Delineation and Jurisdictional Determination and a proposal in the amount of $25,000.00 from GeoCon for Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing for the City of Foley's new Public Works Facility.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the proposal from Volkert, Inc. for Professional Services and appropriates $2,500.00 under Account No. 400-1060-5100 R66.
SECTION 2: Approves the proposal from GeoCon for Professional Services and appropriates $25,000.00 under Account No. 400-1060-5100 R66.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
