NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts N'Stride Services' Quote for repairs to the Peteet Building and amends Account No. 400-665-7392 in the amount of $13,029.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
