WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Department is having the light fixtures replaced on fields 1-3 at the Ralph Schumacher Soccer Complex, and
WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation needs to have the existing lights on these fields deemed surplus.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares asset numbers 8670, 8671, and 8672, soccer field lights on fields 1-3 at the Ralph Schumacher Soccer Complex, as surplus.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
