     WHEREAS, Burk-Kleinpeter, Inc. has submitted a proposal to evaluate various citywide roadway safety evaluations, and
     WHEREAS, a traffic count will be necessary to complete these projects.

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Accepts Burk-Kleinpeter, Inc's Professional Services Agreement for Various Citywide Roadway Safety Evaluations.
     SECTION 2:     Appropriates $8,000.00 for roadway safety evaluations services to Account No. 400-3020-5131 R39 Study.

     SECTION 3:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
