WHEREAS, Sawgrass consulting has submitted a survey and design services proposal for a drainage improvement along Palmetto Way for the Graham Creek Estates - Outfall Improvements 2027 Project; and
WHEREAS, the proposal includes topographic survey, hydraulic analysis, geotechnical services, and design of approximately 950LF of storm drain conveyance roadway from the outfall of the neighborhood detention facility, routing along Palmetto Way, and a new outfall at Wolf Bay as well as drainage improvements, roadway, and parking lot repairs
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the Sawgrass Consulting Survey and Design proposal for the Graham Creek Estates - Outfall Improvements 2027 Project in the amount of $50,000 under Account No# 400-3020-5122 Graham Creek Estates-Drainage
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
