WHEREAS, Tyler Higginbotham has requested to waive fees for the use of Heritage Park, and
WHEREAS, Tyler Higginbotham will host a Christmas Caroling event in Heritage Park on December 22nd from 5 pm - 10 pm , and
WHEREAS, this event are open to everyone.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the fees for the use of Heritage Park for Tyler Higginbotham December 22, 2025 from 5 pm - 10 pm to host Christmas Caroling event
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
