WHEREAS, Section 4.2 (1) of the City of Foley's Personnel System Policy requires a retiree's performance award to be approved by resolution by the City Council prior to the retirement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a $1,000 performance award to employee 0425 with a retirement date of October 1, 2024 and is budgeted under account 100-1013-6122 Retiree Awards/Misc.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
