WHEREAS, Resolution No. 14-0146 was passed on April 21, 2014 to provide engineering design to repair two drainage lines in Graham Creek Estates, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department requested a proposal from Sawgrass, LLC to amend the scope of work to include a third drainage line and additional construction inspection services, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 14-0146 needs to be amended to reflect the new scope of work and fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves amending Resolution No. 14-0146 to reflect a total contract amount of $37,530.00 with Sawgrass, LLC, amending Account No. 12-600-9375 A14 GCE.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
