WHEREAS, on April 15th, 2019 Council adopted Resolution No 19-1115 A Resolution to Modify Residential Sanitation Collection Fees, which referenced Ordinance 13-1034 and;
WHEREAS, Ordinance 13-1034 should be replaced with the correct Ordinance 17-2032 and;
WHEREAS, the City of Foley deems it necessary to reflect the correct Ordinance and;
WHEREAS, there are no other amendments to Resolution 19-1115.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the amendment of Resolution 19-1115, to replace Ordinance 13-1034 with Ordinance 17-2032.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
