     WHEREAS,  Street Department has 3,300 tons of concrete pieces that cannot be re purposed, AND

     WHEREAS,  Street Department has accepted a bid from Triple C Concrete & Asphalt Recycling in the amount of $82,500.00, AND

     WHEREAS,  Street Department is requesting to amend the budget for an increase of $83,000.00 to account # 100-3011-6167.

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

    

     SECTION 1:  Approves to amend the budget and increase in the amount of $83,000.00 under account # 100-3011-6167.

     SECTION 2:  Approves Triple C Concrete & Asphalt Recycling to perform concrete crushing, not to exceed $83,000.00 under account # 100-3011-6167.

     SECTION 3:  This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
