WHEREAS, Volkert, Inc. submitted a proposal for pavement assessment within the City of Foley in the amount of $51,500.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves an agreement with Volkert, Inc. for pavement assessment in the amount of $51,500.00.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $51,500.00 as total project estimate, including contingencies, under Account No. 400-3020-6212 A12 Inven2.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
