WHEREAS, the Police Department has received unbudgeted donations this fiscal year from multiple sources and,
WHEREAS, the Police Department requests to use the unbudgeted donation funds in the amount of $9,822.91.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the unbudgeted donation amount of $9,822.91 and amends the Police Donation Revenue account #100-2010-4651.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of the unbudgeted donation funds and amends the Small Tools and Equipment account #100-2010-6053 by $9,822.91, resulting in budget neutral action.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
