WHEREAS, a survey was required to identify the excavation volume and cost estimate for the Tanger Drainage Easement capital project, and
WHEREAS, the survey was performed by HMR, LLC in FY16 at the direction of the Engineering Department, and
WHEREAS, the work was performed prior to formal consent and no appropriation was made in FY16, the FY17 budget needs to be amended to include this project expenditure for survey work performed in the prior fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves and memorializes the expense for the survey performed by HMR, LLC in the amount of $3,700.00 and amends Account No. 12-665-7376, R29 PROF.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
