WHEREAS, The existing corrugated metal pipe along County Road 12, near Cottage on the Greens, is failing, and
WHEREAS, Public Works and Engineering recommend the immediate replacement of this pipe, and
WHEREAS, Consultation from Engineering Design Group are required for design of the replacement pipe, and
WHEREAS, We received a Proposal from Engineering Design Group in the amount of $10,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accept the Professional Services Proposal from Engineering Design Group, grant permission to begin the project, and appropriates $10,000.00 under Account No. 400-3020-5169.CR12 Storm Drain Replacement.
SECTION 2: Grant permission to the Mayor to sign the proposal submitted by Engineering Design Group.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
