Summary

 

The Commercial Sanitation Department has had multiple incidents where funds were needed to make repairs to private property that were caused by our truck. Sanitation is requesting $10,000.00 under account # 601-4012-6127 for future expenses on property damages.

     WHEREAS,  the Sanitation Department has identified a need to create an account for property damages under the Commercial Sanitation's budget, AND

     WHEREAS,  the Sanitation Department is requesting to amend the budget for an increase of $10,000.00 under account #601-4012-6127.

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

    

     SECTION 1:  Approves to amend the budget and approves an increase in the amount of $10,000.00 under account # 601-4012-6127(Property Damage).

     SECTION 2:  This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
